Settle Claim

I had an outstanding claim with Virgin for 2012 & even though I am no longer with Virgin Fadiel went out of his way to settle the claim & the claim will be paid back to my account. Fadiel does not work in the Claims department & he went out of his way to settle this query for me. That is customer service at its best. Well done Fadiel Arendze
