Monies deducted from my account for three (3) months, starting from 15 November 2013 a sum of R78 .00, without my consent/knowledge. I phoned them several times but no answer and also dropped them an e-mail on the 17 of January 2014.They sent me a reference TS-C1039239 and promised to contact me as soon as possible until today there is no feed back.
