Illing from both banks

Late last year i took a personal loan with Nedbank to consolidate all my accounts, one account was with African Bank, According to Nedbank money was transfered to African Bank which does'tn seem to appear on their system.
I was then advised to fax, e-mail proof to African Bank which i did and asked to speak to one of the team leaders, she then advice the call centre agent that i must email her personally which i did two or three times but no response her e-mail is [Email Removed] problem is african bank is still deducting money from my account where Nedbank claims that my account has been paid and when i contact the Nedbank call centre no one is able to pick up my details with my id no, they claim an error has occur ed cause my id was used as a ref no, this is causing me a lot a financial constrain as i have been send from pillar to post by this two banks.
