Windscreen direct is suppose to repair my rear window that was smashed in a smash and grab incident (that happened a week ago!). I'm still waiting for them to arrange a date/time that will suit me... I think this is really pathetic service, as I'm driving with my car that can be anytime, or me causing an accident because I'm not able to see through my back window.
I've phoned them 4 times now and after me being placed on hold twice (and then being cut off) and holding the line for about half-an-hour the response stays the same: We will get back to you...
