AFRICAN BANK's ERROR COSTING ME MONEY

A while ago I had 2 loans with African bank, they are both paid off by now. Last year August they started deducting money from my account, when I confronted them they confirmed my loans are paid up. Since then they have been sending me from pillar to post in order to have their error corrected. I have had to spend countless hours in their branches, calling their call Centre which is full of rude people. They want statements, although I pay for them, I have been trying my best to co-operate.

I have complained through their inside channels, ( [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] all they did was to acknowledge the receipt of my email. They did not even bother to reply. I only have ONE PROBLEM, they must stop taking my money because I do not owe them. I regret ever giving them my banking details.
