In January i settled my account, on friday i get a call to say i still owe on my account and i need to ask for a settlement letter. I went to African Bank to settle my account and on there system it showed how much i owe nedbank. They paid the full amount to nedbank but still nedbank calls me after 2 months for more payment.
I've done this with other banks and no-one came back saying i still owe money, If nedbank work like this then i clearly dont know what settle mean. I also went to the branch in Fish hoek and they gave me a different amount to be settled i dont know how this work if everyone work on the same system.
