Well done Nedbank twice in 6 months

Dear Reader,
This is to inform you that Nedbank is an absolutely useless bank. I am supposed to be debited on the 25th of each month for my personal loan. Yes you guessed it on Saturday the 23RD of February 2013, the bank took the debit order off my account causing my overdraft to be wiped out. this is the second time in six months. i am so tired of being treated like this by the bank. The joke is on the same day i received a letter in the post from the bank, giving me a certificate for paying my personal loan account so well and inviting me to apply for another. Are you serious NEDBANK? I would never take another personal loan from you if my life depended on it. No point in going into the bank to complain or calling the call centre, because no one knows what they doing anyway! The consumer must just pay pay pay pay! The bank won't even respond to this post i am sure. As soon as i have paid my credit card off this week. i am switching banks! Any banks out there that actually care about their customers?
