My internet login has blocked the auth sms due to a slow sms system. i have entered the incorrect otp 3 times and lock this facility I have phone the call center as i am very busy at work and can't run to the bank. They requested i must go to the branch and reset this service in order to make payments from my account. As mentioned i am busy i can't. I phoned the branch and very rude Themba poke to me and i said in that case i will close my accounts and my wife will close hers. He said then we must go to the branch and do it. Bring your id with. i asked well aren't you going to try to per suite me and he said no you want to close it so close it. I requested numerous times for my credit card limit to be increased. As my last payment made on my c card were a payment of R 10 000 Yet no response. No one ever get back to me. I am on the edge of changing banks. To a bank that would rather keep their clients and not chasing them away..
