Thank you for ignoring a Prestige Customer!!!

Dear Standard Bank,

This is now the third e-mail I am sending to you regarding the upgrade of my accounts to a Prestige Account. The upgrade was done pathetically where I get an SMS every week to come and fetch one of my cards for 4 weeks. It also took the Lynwood Branch 4 weeks to get me a new credit card. I was assured by Riaan Van Wyk, a Prestige Banker who is not working at the Lynnwood Branch anymore that all my debit orders will be moved to my new account. His responsibilities were given to Lerato Mnguni who has never contacted me ever. Every time I go to the branch she is busy and I am told to make an appointment. Some of my debit orders were not moved to the new account and I have to arrange all of it now. Payments are going through on my old account that does not have enough money to cover all the payments as my salary is now in my new cheque account. On top of that, I need to pay the reversal fees.

To the Branch Manager: Go to your front door, there is an FNB Bank across from your branch. You will see me at the FNB opening new accounts Saturday morning 6 April 2013 .
