Shocking in-bank service

I used to be a loyal FNB customer before I moved to a cheaper bank for economic reasons. FNB has great marketing hype about how you can switch banks fast but it seems because I had an account before I cannot open another one online and have to go into a bank to open my Private Banking account.

I took all my documentation to the Greenstone branch where I sat waiting for 20 minutes. I decided to go to the Norwood Mall branch in the hope their service is better, but it was the same thing there too.

FNB used to have great service, but not anymore.
