Incorrect Arreas

Good Afternoon,

Again, I have existing loans with African Bank, and they are on arrears, last week I paid R3500 towards the arrears and when I look at the statements the arrears gone down by only a R1000, when I call know one knows why. When I paid I made it clear that its for arrears, now they will even take longer to clear my name on ITC.
