I have a seriuos problem with african bank, i am paying them an amount of 1750.00 monthly for 2 different loans tha i have with them, my last payment to the was an amount of 177.50, which was paid through ellerins, since yesterday, i am getting different calls from all the consultants, saying that i owe them arrears which ranges to an amount of 10000, i do not understand how can i owe such an amount of arrears.i mean i pay African bank on monthly basis, the balance according to their records on the other loan is currently 3000.00, on the other loan it was probably 19000.and couple of rands. Please can you assist me in envestigating the 2 accounts for as i strongly believe that some where some how there is a problem with, which needs to be sortedout, Currently do not have my account no, Could you please use my id no 7001170673082.I really need to be assited, as i am currently so hurt by all the calls from them.
