First National Bank
Billed without autorisation

I write on behalf of my 70 year day, who has had endless problems with FNB and staff. Unauthorised debits were taken off his account. The lady he dealt with changed her story each time he spoke to her. At his age, he does not need the frustration and bad attitude of the staff. There are more concerns, I like to discuss as well in this regard. We want answers on this now.
