I had no choice but to revert this matter to Hellopeter.
African bank can realy mess up one's day.
I have three accounts with them and my deduction date is stated clearly on the pay slips that I always give them whenever I need assistance yet everytime the consultants miss the part where it says I get paid on the 25th, after that they have the nerve of sending me an sms saying my account is arrears by R500 and something. That is mere bull and I wont tolerate it.
I ask that this matter be looked into before my salary gets in on the 25th and African Bank takes my instalment and the stupid arrears and then after doing that I will have to chase after them and ask for my refund, which, by their level of incompetency, will be forever so please spare me that and remove the arrears on my account because I know for a fact I did not miss any payments in December and I haven't got paid for January yet my account is in arrears, such things I don't understand.
