My name is Mpho Choga and I have 5 loans with your Company and this is now the 3Rd e-mail I'm drafting to you
The reason Why I'm writing to you is that I need your advice as what to do with my accounts as I'm struggling with my accounts and whenever I try and come up with a suitable repayment plan I'm told that I cannot do that.
I have 5 loans and they are all in arrears and some of the arrears are way too high
Can someone please contact me and advise me what to do as I was planning to draft a letter to NCR so they can advise me on what measures to take since I'm not getting any help from African Bank
Below there's acknowledgement e-mail that I have received from African Bank after I have drafted the letter on this date Thu 30/05/2013 12:23 and no one has responded to me
