At the reception area I was told 2 bring a statement not the letter I had as proof of address, that was only the 1st time! Then I was returned multiple times for different things.
finnaly Miss/Mrs Ngwako told me She can't open the account for me because She doesn't trust me, better I bring my Mom 2 sign infront of her!
even after I called my Mother, to confirm the details necessary with Miss/Mrs Ngwako, she still refused to assist me. I have never felt so humiliated in my life ever before. I went to another branch as she directed me, and I walked out within minutes with a new account!
