Pathetic service

I had hail damage to my property on the 29th November 2013 and lodge a claim with ABSA Insurance who is my property bond insurance! I was told that my claim will be attended to in 48hours?? Gues what TWO Months later and the damages is still not sorted out! I have followed up on my claim numerous times without any luck! My claim nr is 2494228! It seems you must beg for service from ABSA Insurance
