On the 15th of December R1240. 00 was debited from of our Standarbank Account without our knowledge. We logged a complaint and requested for an investigation by STB dep. We were told 12 working days. Then they said 21 days. It has been more than a month yet we haven't heard from the dep. yet.
We are spending more money on the voice prompts, waiting for someone to answer, than what is in question. It is shocking and disrespectful as we have been banking with STB for years now and we do have a small amount of money sitting in their safes. When will that also disappear? I don't think we want to take that risk. Soon they will be less one account.
