HI, I received a letter from the Client Estate Management on the 28/12/2013 that my offer to purchase a ABSA property was accepted. To do a bond application I need a reference number on the letter, which there is none. Also I am buying the property with my wife and the letter is only addressed to me. I have phoned numerous times, but nobody can or want to help me. ABSA is asking for a name of the person who signed the letter but there is only a signutare.
