On the 29th of October 2013 I deposited R 2000 into my helper's bank account; only to find out that she gave me a wrong account number. We went to Post bank and they told us that the money does reflect on their system and they will freeze it until I sort it out with my bank. STD bank said it will take ten working days to investigate and reverse the money. To date I haven't receive any feedback or refund. When I call, I am told that they are still waiting for a reply. I have been a loyal support for almost 20 years and a supposedly PRESTIGE BANKER but I get no joy from standard bank.
