Since beginning December 2013 I am trying to cancel my fnb funeral plan. I have tried 3 time now with no one came back to me regarding my cancellation. So December I didn't leave money in my bank account for the debit order to go off because is was suppose to cancel. So now I had to pay extra banking cost just because fnb do not know how to do their job. I just want this funeral plan to be cancelled. Hello Peter please can you help me.
