I logged a complaint about my Standard bank account and 10 Working days have past and no one phoned me on my land line or cellphone to confirm the have received my complaint and are working on it etc. I feel that Standard bank was at fault and that they need to correct my account. The conditions that the stipulated on contract was not the case in December and their was no reason for them to deduct my debit order on the 17th of the month when my pay day (20th December) was on a business day. No were in their contract agreement it says in December we know you as client get payed earlier and we will then for this reason take earlier money in December. I want my Revolving loan to be fixed that my 15% payback limit is back on my account. I paid extra money in their and now they took my 15% payback limit away and I am unable to access the extra money that I paid in my Revolving loan for what ever reason I saved it in that account. And I would like some one to look at my paper work that I attached to my complaint and make I dissuasion and give me feedback as soon as possible.
