Can they acutually help

My husband is a member of Clientele Legal. I sent them an email last year requesting assistance with a claim I submitted because of an accident. I obviously was led to believe they could assist considering they help many clients. This is not true according to my own experience I had. The legal advisor contact me in November requesting report. December they did the same. I submitted a case number and when they contact me I sent them and email last week they only responded yesterday. Their policy is they will contact you after 48 hours that was more that 48hours when an email was sent. When I called in to find out prior to the 48 hours I spoke to a consultant who advised me that my claim might not be honoured because the RAF has no more therefore it might not be honoured. Today Robert phones to make amends after an email I submitted I told him I would go to another attorney considering Clientele is not willing to assist which in my opinion they are not. Why are they dragging their feet to come back to one. Why I'm I told my claim might not be honoured and that the RAF has no funds. I had an accident due to no fault of my own. I was injured and my bike was damaged.
