Have a policy with clientele legal, over two years ago I bought a trailer from a manufacturer who failed to deliver six months after paying deposit of over R15 000.
I took this matter to clientele legal to help me with this. Mr Jason Mei agreed on a very bad deal with the manufacturer of repaying me over 9 months.
To date, over two years later I haven't received my money. Now clientele say they can not help me further because they can not locate this manufacturer and beside my monthly premiums, they want me to pay extra money to locate these people and clearly states that they do not promise to be successful on locating these people.
Furthermore, the only time I hear of all these excuses and disappointing stories is when I ask what is the progress on my claim. My case is definitely not receiving the attention it deserve.
What clientele legal claim to be delivering on their television commercials and what they give me is total opposite. Can Hellopeter please help me to get Clientele Legal to please get my case finalized and my money recovered.
