What is "Justice 24 hours"

Dear Sirs

In May 2013 or thereabout I received summons from one of the local banks with regard to my home loan account.

I then sent the email to Clientele requesting legal representation. Further to that I then received application for summary judgement, which again I requested Clientele for legal representation on the same matter. I was told by Clientele that I don't have any prospect of success in defending the summary judgement. Here is an extract of their response vial email "We wish to refer you to clause 4.4 of your legal policy which states that:

4.4.1 We will only accept a Claim and provide Cover where you: -
4.4.1.2 have a reasonable prospect of success as determined by the Legal Advisor and are advised to pursue the matter.

I then appointed my legal team and in short we were successful and the court afforded us an opportunity to defend the matter. I then submitted the council fees to Clientele to pay and I was contacted Ms Khan, who told me there will not pay, because of the same reason, yet I was successful where they said there was no prospect of success!!!

I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND, WHERE IS JUSTICE ON YOUR SIDE FOR 24 HOURS!!!

I want answers!!!
