On the 28th of Jan I requested a letter of demand be sent to my previous employer requesting that he not make any contact with me again and instructions be given to him regarding a reference letter owed to me as stated in the CCMA settlement contract.
Marionette Malan replied and claimed that "I will attend to same and send you a copy.".
I have herd nothing further from Clientelle, I have sent 3 emails inquiring on the status of this and have attempted to log another call, all of which have been ignored!
Why do we as your clients have to come onto Hello Peter before you provide the service we PAY you for?!
I am utterly disgusted and am going to cancel my contract with Clientele Legal as soon as this issue has been resolved and will be making sure no one I know ever joins Clientele Legal either.
