I have been struggling to terminate my internet contract with MTN for over a year now and asked for Clientele's assistance. I find it disappointing that I have not received any assistance with my case and yet both Clientele and MTN are still debiting my bank account every month for services that I am not receiving. What's even more shocking is that one of Clintele's legal advisors referred me to Hellopeter. In other words, I am paying Clientele every month but Hellopeter is supposed to assist in any legal action I may need.
I want all the premiums that I have paid to Clientele to be refunded to me because they have not delivered the service I have been paying for or met any of my expectations. I will then seek legal help elsewhere with my MTN contract.
