I requested a personal will to be drawn up by Clientele Legal which was part of our initial contract. I emailed them to ask advice on what they need and what the process is for the will to be drawn up. It took them more that 2 weeks to came back to me and respond to my email. I emailed them all the info they needed and Geoffrey promised me that it will be done in 2 weeks (which is a long time for a simple will!!). After more that 3 weeks no will, no email feedback, no telephonic feedback, NOTHING! I email their support office and a week later not a single response. This is the kind of service that you can expect if you join Clientele..
I suggest that if you have to choose between Clientele and Legal Wise, rather go for the latter..
