After my mothers death I claimed at the death claims since last year february 2013 I have been redirected to different consultants whom are not of any help, I have to be the one doing the follow up and the consultant that I'm dealing with ignores my emails and don't communicate with me the one person tells me this the other its a different story they get documents and they lose them then I must send the same documents over and over again
