Late wifes payout

Hi Good Day

I am struggling since the 23 of September 2013 to get an proper answer from Alexander Forbes Financial Department I mailed I phoned but still no one can give me a proper answer. I mailed no response I phoned the consultant told me that someone will phone me back no one did and I am still waiting. My wife is a 1 year death and still I don't got answers what happened to her payout. Its really getting frustrating. I need answers please this is poor service really it is.
