I really need you help.
My husband started to work for O.C.C Engineering 24/01.2012 until week before Easter Weekend then he started work again from 3/06/2015 until 15/12/2012. In that time he was paying into Metal Industries Provident Fund.
On the 23/02/2013 we sent all the relevant documents to MIPF. We never heard from them until we phoned on the 29/04/2013 and I was told that they only got the document that day. After that we still had not heard from them so we phoned again this was in May 2013 and there was forms missing which we has faxed to MIPF when we phoned again they said they did not get the forms, so we faxed them again about four time before they got the forms.
On the 13/09/2013 we got a letter from MIPF stating.
Dear Mr DE Waal.
Application for refund of contributions.
We refer to the above and advise that our application to the SARS for tax approval was declined. Please contact the SARS dircectly in this regard.
Upon receipt of the relevant confirmation that this has been resolved, your claim will be recieve our further attention.
