I am unsatisfied customer with Capitec

I am unsatisfied customer with Capitec.
I have logged a complaint about them before however they fail to meet my standards as a bank. I'm a victim of which was done on my account this bank failed to inform me they froze my account with out my me knowledge every month I get money from the government into this account I fail to understand why every month I must beg for my money until now my account is frozen and they refuse to give me my money. I have no access to money that belongs to me. And every time I go there they say someone will call but no one gets back to me how can someone get back k to me when they failed to inform me in the beginning my account was frozen I'm disgusted with Capitec and the poor service they give to customers. I would like to express my disgust with the service that is given by the bank, as a person that uses this banking institute it is imperative that I get the service that is needed. I would like to deal with the person who is in charge of the forensics department cause each time I speak to someone they tell me forensics holds all the keys. I want feed back before close of business if not I will go to Wendy Nola.
