In the beginning of January i closed my nedbank credit card only to find out that my account was closed 15 days later an amount was suppose to be refunded to me i have been from pillar to post speaking to this consultant taking my time off to call the nedbank credit card division for an outcome till to date no refund has been credited into my account an still awaiting shantel or lovemore makanye never ever experienced such bad service from a bank an being a client from 2007
