Trying to reverse an e-wallet

I have sent an e-wallet to a recipient's number. And days later she had problem with her cellphone provider they blocked her sim cad now she cannot use her old number that I sent the e-wallet to. Now I am trying to reverse the e-wallet transfer they are telling that wont be possible cause the e-wallet has been activated but they cannt see the money was not withdrawn. They also saying there is no way are we going get that money if we are not using the same cellphone number. Also after 6 months they will be charging me fees on the amount.
