FNB should stop advertising false, switching in 10 min is more like 2 months and still waiting for debit orderes to be switched, and credit card to arrive, still looking for dicuments, and still asking the same questions every 2 weeks... i wish i did not change and i will advice other people not to change as well, as i have never ran aroundf my self changing bank accounts, as i would have done this myself then doing it online or over the phone with fnb, secondaly i switched late Novemeber all my debit orderes were not switched in time so guess what they debited my account as soon as i made a deposit the mony was gone off my account was that my fault or fnb, i sent a complaint on there web site and guess what no reply as yet, so agin this month i will have the same issues paying for my on debit orderes not going through as fnb is still switching over 2 months, i had to go personally out to do some of my switches cause fnb cannot get hold of my HR and all my other service provideres, what noncence, and then i am still awaiting my credit card as every 2 weeks they call asking me for the same information over and over dont they have this on there system and still awaiting c/c 1st its ready
