Dearest FNB, "How can we help you? " Well how about keeping your promises?
I switched my account to FNB 2 months ago with the promise that all my debit orders, credit balances and salary would be switched to my new account - no problem. To date, half the debit orders still go off my old account and my credit balance has not been switched. Result - I am getting bad credit from ABSA who I cannot pay because the accounts have been closed. My salary has still not been switched. And no one can assist.
I would like to retract my massive compliments about FNB being so helpful and accommodating - so far, the service has been appalling and I don't even know where to begin to correct the myriad of issues on my accounts.
Do I regret switching to FNB? 110%. So disappointed.
