Possible the worst service ever from King Price

Totally disgusted with poor attempt at service & assistance provided by King Price yesterday in my hour of need. At 5pm during the rain storm our tree fell over blocking both my driveway & the main road on which I live. I phoned the call centre, selected option3 for home assistance & had to hold for 5min before being answered. I explained the situation and was told that I had come through to the vehicle assistance and I was transferred back into queue. Another person answered I enquired whether the removal of the tree was covered and he agreed and said that I need to log a claim before they can assist. I was transferred back into the queue to await a claim consultant. 4 consultants later (total of 34min on the line) I was told that the claims department is now closed and I cannot be helped. I explained to the 5th consultant the issue and I was told that the tree will have to wait for next day & that she can arrange for a tree feller. I had to inconvenience my neighbours with blocking of road & had to pay tree feller to move the tree this morning as well as be without power last night due to the tree causing a short in the electrical when the security light on the wall was damaged.
