I received an sms from asba saying I have outstanding balance and this needs to be paid as soon as possible. Knowing that i have a debit order this should be incorrect. I phoned and the lady informed me that no debit order has gone off and they will correct it but I still have to pay a double instalment. This is unfair as it is not my fault the debit order has been taken off. The fault is with absa but still i have to pay double. If I was the one that had forgotten to pay I would not mind paying double but this is with Absa and still i have to bare their mistakes.
