ABSA does not want to refund me

Im so. ABSA decided not to debit my account on the 24 Dec 2013. They decided to debit it now on the 23 Jan 2014. They were supposed to debit Dec pay and Jan pay but they also debited feb pay. I called then and the lady with stinking attitude told me is not their problem that their system double debited me again on the 25 Feb with double payment after debiting on the 23 of the same month.

i have few debit orders which were supposed to collect from the remaining R1100 that ABSA have debited. All this debit orders came back unpaid and Cadice tells me they cant do anything. Requested to speak to the manager she put me on hold for more than 5 min. Im also at work.

Im gonna go to my Bank and ABSa will pay all bank charges related.

One more thing. Please cancel my debit order. i will pay cash or make an EFT.

Im fedup with poor service from ABSA. Now that im close to finish paying this loan and you cum and treat me like trash.

Please refund me into my capitec account and pay the bank charges and wer done.

Candice, you deserve to be fired. You dont have good customer service. I could hear from the way you answered the call. Shame
