No authorisation for debit order

Hi

A debit order went off my account without any permission for ABSa to do so. I was told by you that this was authorised by FNB for you to do... please advise where is the documentation to proof that I have given either you or FNB the necessary authorisation to permit this debit order. I have never spoken to or done any business with this person that simply took money off my account and ABSA didn't even query it. I fail to understand how we are supposed to trust you with our banking when this can just happen. Do you not double-check things before just authorising them... I refer to Paytoza (9006calcon5352) who you allowed to deduct from my account on the 1/2 without my permission. These ppl are apparantly Paytoza are FNB clients so I would really like to know whose fault was it ABSA or FNB's account cause it is unacceptable. FNB has come back saying it is ABSA's fault so... please explain as I would like an answer and also what can we do about this Paytoza (client of FNB) who are setting up false debit orders and are somehow getting private particulars of bank account holders to do so...
