Pathetic service

I have been dealing with a lady by the name of MIRELLA MUNYANGANE with regards to my policy, She had re-calculated a premium for me which i had then told her that the new premium was too high and i cannot afford it. she ignored me and went through with the policy. After sending back and forth email's her response was "Kindly note that your portfolio is not worth me setting you up". Does old mutual employ staff that treats clients to this nature, if i spent R 100 or R 1000.00 its money that i am paying not her, I have sent through a cancellation letter to cancel my policies with Old mutual on the 30th April 2013 back to Mirella Munyangane and to date no response from her, The debit has now gone off my account. I am trying to get a hold of her and she is not taking my calls. Will Mirella or old Mutual give my money back??? This Lady is not flying the old mutual flag high, instead dropping it on the ground. PLEASE CAN MY POLICIES BE CANCELLED WITH OLD MUTUAL IMMEDIATELY, i will take my business elsewhere
