Old Mutual has got to have the worse customer service in history and the future... firstly I have four policies with Old Mutual unfortunately I cant cancel them as I will not be able to get any money back sadly I trusted them to look after my money but they don't give a. In the past 8 years as customer of Old Mutual I do not receive any feedback on any of my policies, which makes me wonder if I'll get anything out of these policy when I retire or worse if I die none of the life covers would be paid out!! Today I called Old Mutual to find out about my life covers I spoke to 6 consultants NONE of them could pick up my policies I had to give my bank reference to consultant number 5 to be able to once again transfer my call to the relevant consultant who couldn't even pronounced my name!!! How difficult is it to say MISS MAJOLA... M A J O L A!!! I was called Majulo, Majelo knows what else... I am disgusted by your service I wish I could CANCEL ALL my policies and take my business to someone who would VALUE me as their customer!
