Bitter disappointment with Smart phone application

On 30/04/2013 I received an sms stating that FNB were trying to contact me regarding my smartphone application which I completed through my online banking. 2 phone calls and 6 call centre agents later, I do not have any idea of what is happening and each call centre agent keeps transferring to a different department.

If I had known that the service was so poor then I would not have proceeded with the application.
