I am a platinum cgeque account holder ordered smart device Samsung GAlaxy S4 on the 31 december 2013 online, received sms on the 4th January 2014 :FNB :) Thank you for your smart device application. Due to the festive season our warehouse is now closed. We will process your application on the 7th January 2014.However no word from them on the status of the device and 2 weeks has already passed.
