I am a new FNB client, and along with opening an account, I requested a new smart device with them.
After the bank loosing my documentation, I resend it a few days later (Just forwarding the original mail). About a week later I received a sms stating my application has been cancelled due to the fact that no documentation was received. I phoned the 0860 102 970 number (#6) to confirm that this was indeed the case. The call centre agent confirmed this, so I went an applied for the 2nd time for a smart device. Now a few days later, 2 devices has been loaded against my account. Now correcting this mistake from FNB side, seems impossible, and I need to pay for 2 devices per month.
