I submitted a claim to Absa re a cell phone. Its going to be a month, and i have had no response from them yet. I phone 0860106237 and all you hear is that irritating recording for HOURS. NOBODY answers the phone. I have sent emails, even tried to register a claim online but asked for feedback on an existing claim instead - NOTHING. I have tried phoning all the insurance 0860 numbers - they just transfer call back to 106237, and NOBODY answers!!! Can someone PLEASE phone me from this place amd provide me with FEEEDBACK - thats all i ask for...
