On 28 November we managed to register a claim on our Home Insurance policy after the storm hit. For over a month and many hours holding I cannot complain about the service because there is no service. At times the claims call centre did not even operate, but I was promised that a consultant will phone me back when I phoned the new claims department, which I am still waiting for. Ttoday I have hold the line for more than 4 hours and no assistance.
I have a claim number 2490974 but do not know the status of the claim, for sure I will not recommend an ABSA policy to anyone.
