I reported a claim for hail damage to my house on the 28th of November which was approved by Absa and contracted to ABD solutions / Lumin light Nett which carried out the work on the 6th of January 2014, Not all work was completed, Stefan at ABD solutions said they have given Absa instructions to pay us out for work not carried out by the contractors, I have been phoning the Absa claim centre 0860 112 225 every day asking to speak to Kohen Purama who is busy with the claim nobody knows who this person is, leaving messages for a consultant to phone me back no luck at all, Very bad service
