I submitted a claim, no: 2492050 about 2 months ago. Despite numerous phone calls and holding on for hours on end and not to even mention the transfer from one useless agent to another, up untill today i have still not had any feedback regarding the progress of this claim. This claim was submitted due to the hail in Krugersdorp and there was minor damages to my house, now because of all the rain, the damages are increasing as we speak. Absa will be liable for these damages. Please can Absa resolve this urgently or i will have to be forced to take legal action against Absa.
