I have been trying to get ABSA Insurance Claims Department to pay this outstanding claim since 20 November 2013 with no success, for the amount of R3192.00.I have been calling the CALL CENTRE of the Claims Department on 0860 302 011 where they place you on hold for more than 20 minutes. A person eventually answers the call but then she is the "message" person and can only take messages down, promising to return your call, which never ever happens. I have called so many times and left so many messages that I am now at my wits end. My messages and my emails to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] have not been attended to, where I am asking them for assistance and some kind of feedback. I have dialled so many different numbers:0860302011; 0860111630; 0860112225; 0860111555; just to get some kind of feedback but all these numbers are directed to the Claims Department so in the end, it is a waste of my time and money to spend hours on the phone, getting nowhere. Landing up where i started with no response, no service and no feedback.
it seems as if nobody knows what they are doing and who do we speak to to get help. Their slogan should be TODAY, TOMORROW, NEVER AGAIN
